A woman can tell a lot about a man once he opens his mouth. He can come across as arrogant, polite, or anything in between. But sometimes, it’s not what you say; it’s how you say it. That’s why most women fall in love with a man’s accent. The guy could be a complete moron but if he sounds sexy, women will swoon. So, which accents do women find most attractive?

With the rise (and fall?) of Austin Powers, British men and their accents fell into disarray. However, with the return of James Bond, the refined, studious, and sexy British accent has made a comeback. C’mon, even Henry Cavill is British. You can’t get more masculine than the guy that plays Superman. Plus, what guy DOESN’T want to be Superman.

Speaking of masculine, the Australians are some of the most macho men on the planet. Between hard-hitting rugby and all the dangerous animals trying to kill you in the outback, women crave the company of men like Paul Hogan, aka Crocodile Dundee. Or, they could settle for the likes of Hugh Jackman who, between Wolverine and his background in musicals, is the perfect combination of manly and sensual. Australians have more than their fair share of rugged, bad-boys, so keep your woman close when going down under.

Spain has a high amount of sexually aggressive men which, under the right circumstances, is a definite panty-dropper for women. Think of Antonio Banderas, romantic in his broken English and carnal with his Latino accent. He even made an animated feline sound manly, an impressive feat for sure!

Women love foreign accents on men. But if you don’t have one, don’t fake it. Stick to lying about your job like a normal man.
