After 40 years of assisting Lamborghini with perfecting their luxurious designs as a test driver, Valentino Balboni reveals a sexy, new titanium exhaust system. In terms of dream jobs, being a test driver for Lamborghini ranks pretty high on the list. Designing a high-performance, titanium exhaust system for the Lamborghini Aventador LP750 SV? Off the charts.

For 40 years, Balboni has helped the Italian luxury car maker with all their designs as a test driver. He originally scored the job thanks to his parish priest who arranged the job for him in his younger days, and he’s recently come out of retirement to make just 30 of these highly tuned exhaust systems.

The entire system weighs just 13.8lbs and takes some 350 hours of labor to produce. Every inch of this iridescent exhaust system is made of titanium, right down to the mounting tabs.
With that kind of intense craftsmanship there’s no telling what the price tag on one of these 30 models will be, but we’re guessing that high-rolling Lambo lovers won’t so much as bat an eye at the expense.

Balboni will introduce the new system to potential customers and Lamborghini lovers at the Concorso Italiano this year.
